Empower a Woman, Transform a Family – Give a Sewing-Machine Today

Thirty young girls and unemployed women have completed training at our sewing centre —learning skills that can transform their lives. Many of them came with broken confidence and uncertain futures, but today they carry hope, dignity, and a desire to provide for their families.
Women like Lakshmi, who had to leave school due to poverty, and Devi, a widow struggling to care for her children, are now equipped with the skill of sewing. They are ready to work, ready to earn, and ready to stand on their own feet. But there is one challenge.
Though they have been trained, they do not have sewing machines to begin their livelihood. A sewing machine costs just £75.
For these women, this is not just a tool—it is the key to independence. With a sewing machine, they can start stitching clothes from their homes, earn an income, support their children, and build a better future.
Your gift today can place opportunity directly into the hands of a woman in need. It can change not just her life, but the life of her entire family.
Your support of £75 can empower one woman. Any amount you give will help us move closer to equipping all 30 women with the tools they need.

Blind but Not Broken: A Story of Courage and Victory

Raju, as a young school student, lost the eyesight of both eyes in a tragic road accident. For five long years, he was confined to his home – in pain, isolation, and uncertainty about the future.
For many in rural villages, this would mean the end of education and the loss of all dreams. Disability brings social stigma, emotional trauma, and financial strain on struggling families.
Raju developed an unwavering determination to continue his education, pursuing his studies despite immense challenges. He completed his higher education and was selected for a civil servant position.
From darkness to public service, his journey is a beacon of hope for children and youth limited by their the circumstances, proving that disability is not inability, and that setbacks can become stepping-stones.
On Sunday, we congratulated him as he steps into this important role, assuring him of our continued support and mentorship as he begins his career in public service.
