Prayer Points
1. Today was election day. Pray that God will guide and move the nation toward Him through its leaders.
2. Give thanks for Daisy’s birthday celebration today — she turned 11!
3. Pray for the café this Thursday. Two weeks ago, a lady came; pray that she will come again this week.
4. Pray for all the preparation that needs to be done for my parents’ return to Scotland.
5. Pray for the children’s health. There has been quite a lot of flu going around. Pray especially for Micah and Ezra as they aren’t feeling well.
6. Give thanks that Naomi attended a staff meeting at work. Pray that she will be able to take everything on board and apply what she learned each day in supporting the children.
7. Give thanks that Matthew passed the first stage of his job application. He may need to go to Tokyo for a week of training some time next month — pray that God will provide for each step along the way.

Prayer Points
1. It was a blessing to share Communion together this Sunday. Please pray for Tsutsumi-san and Kikue-san, who faithfully attend church.
2. Matthew has applied for a job — pray that the right doors will open for him.
3. This Thursday, there will be a joint prayer meeting in the evening with the Baptist church in Tokyo via Zoom. Pray that it will be a blessing and an encouragement to everyone.
4. Give thanks for the newspaper distribution last week.
5. Naomi will begin working five days a week starting this week. Pray for strength and wisdom for her.
6. Pray for Daisy, especially as she has long school days and a lot of homework. Pray that she will see God’s help and presence each day. I took Daisy out for a hot chocolate.
7. We met an American lady who I had met at the town office a few months ago. It was great I could get her number. Pray that this will be a relationship I can build and be able to share the gospel with her. I don’t think she has much Christian connection. |
